Since 2021, Dubai has been far more than just a travel destination for me – it has become my second home. In 2025, I moved my centre of life to Dubai and specialised in the property market of the Emirates.
My focus is on giving German-speaking clients a clear and understandable entry into the Dubai property market. I present selected off-plan projects and resale properties, help with initial orientation and connect clients with suitable developers and licensed real estate partners.
My aim is not to show you as many projects as possible. What matters is filtering out the options that match your expectations, your budget and your goals.

In an initial conversation we clarify budget, preferred location, own use or investment goal, and time horizon. On this basis, suitable options are selected and compared.

The purchase and the corresponding property transaction are carried out through the respective developer or the licensed real estate partners involved.
Can I buy property in Dubai if I live in Germany?
Yes. Foreign buyers can purchase property in Dubai's designated freehold areas.
Are there additional costs for the referral?
